InkLab is a digital software subscription that includes a 14-day free trial. After the trial, we want billing to be fair:
Every new studio gets 14 days of full access at no charge. You will not be billed during the trial, and you can cancel before it ends without paying anything.
If you are unhappy with your first subscription payment, email inklab@barronofbrands.com within 7 days of that payment and we will refund it in full, provided the service has not been substantially used (for example, extensive AI stencil generation).
Monthly renewal payments are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started, as you retain access for that period. You can cancel at any time to prevent future renewals (see our Cancellation Policy).
If you are charged in error or charged twice, contact us and we will refund the incorrect amount promptly.
Approved refunds are returned via PayFast to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
This policy does not limit any rights you may have under the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA) or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA).
